Starsky and Hutch hit the air waves in 1975 and instantly developed a huge following. The females wanted to date them while the males wanted to drive that hot bright red with the white strip Ford Grand Torino. They were on the front of very magazine you picked up, fan clubs, books and everything from note books to socks to dolls could be bought with their likeness on them.  It was clear from the beginning that this crime fighting duo was here to stay.  Along with their Captain, Harold Dobey and their colorful friend Huggy Bear they screeched their way on to our TV screens each week and we fans were glued to our TV sets not wanting to miss a minute.  We laughed, cried and fell in love with them.  And we collected and still have everything we could get our grubby little hands on.  Sadly after 4 wonderful years the show went off the air amidst out cries from loyal fans every where.  But through all these years they have stayed near and dear to our hearts never to be gotten.

Now that we are no longer those 15 and 16 year old kids, some of us actually have the Torino and we have taken to writing Fan Fiction to keep our guys alive.  Now that the new Starsky and Hutch movie is out there is a whole new crop of Starsky and Hutch fans. Some old fans are appalled by this new movie, while others see it as a new interest in an old show gone but not forgotten. We are determined to show these new fans what the "REAL" Starsky and Hutch are all about.  David Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser) and Kenneth Hutchinson (David Soul) had a friendship and a chemistry that will go unmatched.
